Please note our policy allows for replacement or refund requests only within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. Defects or errors caused by us will be remedied with a replacement at no charge.
Because many of our items are made-to-order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer errors such as selecting the wrong size, design, or colour. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
Our products are custom-produced and may vary slightly from the images shown on the Site due to photo lighting or monitor display. Allow for minor variances (up to approximately 10%) between promotional images and the actual item.
Refunds
We will consider a replacement or refund when the product is:
- Flawed or defective;
- Printed or manufactured with poor quality; or
- Materially different from the product as represented on our Site.

Our customer service team will investigate your claim and, if approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item for any refund to be processed and reflected to your account. Unauthorized returns or returns of items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement and may be forfeited.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank or payment account. Next contact your card issuer or bank (it may take some time for refunds to be posted). Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless required by local law.
Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected](or contact online). If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
What evidence should I submit for a replacement?
Providing complete and clear evidence is essential for processing returns or replacements. Incomplete evidence may result in denial of the request.
Wrong product shipped
- A photo of the item you received;
- A photo of the shipping label showing the order number and recipient address;
Size issues
- A photo of the shipping label;
- A clear photo measuring the product with a ruler (showing the measurement in cm or inches);
- Any size tags or markings (e.g. outsole tag);
- Photos of the product from several angles.
Broken / Damaged items
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect;
- A photo of the shipping label;
Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at [email protected](or contact online) and provide your order number and requested change. Orders are eligible for cancellation or modification only within 2 hours of placement. After that period the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation is accepted, a management and transaction fee equal to 10% of the total order value will be applied.
